The Art of Becoming a Masterful Equine Business Woman

The art of becoming…

I didn’t know when I first began this journey that a piece of it would be around how I embody the beingness of being a business woman.

Most of the time when I ask my community what they want help and support with the biggest piece is around building confidence in themselves.

And so I wanted to deepen the space of that in this today...

In order for us to be successful in our practice, in our business, in our journeys is to build a space of confidence within ourselves that we can freely access.

Regardless if you have an equine practice or not, this will be impactful for you.

One of the core pieces I teach in my work and where I often begin is creating a connection to the piece and part of ourselves that lives within us that exists and lives in confidence.

The idea, if we remember what horses teach us about having a false self and authentic self, is opening ourselves up to the deep knowing that inside of us exists a part of us that doesn't live in fear.

She is already confident and wise and knows her way to navigate whatever it is she is creating.

I remember my early days of running a business, I was scared. I didn’t think I was smart enough. I was overwhelmed a lot. I was intimidated and I had zero confidence.

I am an introvert and empath so you can imagine putting myself out there for others to see was not something that I was super excited about.

And then, I found this or had this intuition to create a space inside of me that I could access to do the hard things, or the ones that I was scared about.

I tapped into this aspect of myself and things started to shift.

We have to remember and allow ourselves to create a different space in ourselves that gives us a different pathway to exist beyond our fear.

One of the exercises I provide in my new ebook on building our equus practice (You can check that out here.)  is how to create our archetype of our inner business woman.

To tap into who she is, what her wisdom is, and how to call on her when we need her.

What I want to offer you as wisdom is here…

You have a part of you that is confident, believing and wise.  She is capable and confident and knows how to progress your visions and your practice. She can price her offerings; she can talk about her work. She can be seen. You have that part of you.

It is simply an intention and an invitation to connect to this part of you, but this is deeply part of my own practice.

Left to my own devices in my place of introversion, I wouldn’t do most of the things I do now or have the confidence and I still have a part of me that exists in this space.

I want to tell you that within you is a powerful resource that gives you something else to lean into over your fear. It is there.

And maybe this is the nudge you need to create that pathway to the part of you that lives in confidence and wisdom, that knows how to show up and share her gifts and spaces she creates around them.

Go seek her out.

Daily if you can. It will make a world of a difference.
