Hillary - Lead Facilitator
Hillary Schneider is the founder of Horse Medicine Leadership and Epona Rise Retreat Center.
She has spent the last 13 years dedicating herself to teaching and sharing the wisdom and medicine of horses to those that are called. Hillary runs her own 80 acre retreat center with a herd of 27 wise equine teachers, together they lead and facilitate retreats for those that are called to the wisdom and medicine of horses.
Since 2013 Hillary has been mentorship and teaching other equine facilitators that are looking for a path that empowers and is centered around the partnership with horses and what they have to teach us. She is deeply honored to share and teach this path with her herd of horses and grow this beautiful community of horse medicine leadership.
Brittany

Through her business, Sacred Echos, Brittany serves as an Animal Communicator, Akashic Records Reader, Horse Medicine Leadership faculty member, intuitive, and educator. In her work, she strives to support both humans and animals in a way that honours each being's authenticity, bringing in both the physical and spiritual worlds.
As a faculty member, Brittany is committed to empowering individuals on their developmental journeys. She recognizes each being—whether animal or human—as a unique individual with their own lived experiences, challenges, and passions. With a commitment to inclusivity, she creates a welcoming and safe space where all feel seen, heard, and supported.
Brittany’s passion for her work shines through in all that she does. She is excited to share her passion, and knowledge, and connect with others while guiding them on this transformative journey.

Dr. Maia Love
Maia Love is the Neuroscience Faculty at Horse Medicine Leadership Academy. She is also an executive coach and physician specializing in the area of neuroscience and consciousness. She founded and directed BrainTalks at UBC, has led and co-led various retreats, and has spoken internationally at conferences on neuroscience for over twenty years.
Her love of neuroscience includes studies through several university degrees including a degree in biology and physics where she studied electromagnetism in animals and humans, and her advanced neuroscience training through medical studies and neuroimaging research.
She loves holding a clear space for you to experience your own magnificent potential, touch on your authentic truths, learn how to work with your personal neuroscience, and then sense how to live your brand of unique intelligence in the world. She works with horses as partners in facilitation, as horses powerfully magnify and accelerate your personal, professional and leadership growth, in both mysterious and very practical ways.
Maia's love of neuroscience and horses has led to an established curriculum, online course, in person retreats, and guided meditations as part of a structured approach to the horse human connection to support personal growth and leadership development in people. She is also deeply passionate about the horse's well being, and works intensively with her horses to develop greater confidence, well being and majesty.
Breanne
In her business, Wildwynd Equine, she facilitates permission-based Intuitive Equine Bodywork, Horse Medicine Leadership, and Craniosacral Therapy for both Humans and Equines. She has felt connected to the Horse Collective her entire life, as though she has always been under their guidance. She has been someone who dreamed deeply of having them in her life in any capacity. Her path into this work is rooted in her desire to be with horses in a connective way. Who she is fundamentally as a practitioner in all of her modalities is a Witness, Translator, Space Holder, and Guide.
In her facilitation of work, she strives to create a safe space of deeply transformative energy that allows humans to reconnect with themselves. She hopes to inspire you to discover the depths of who you are and allow the authenticity of your current journey to emerge. It is when we arrive in that space that we can experience the raw and embodied change. Her own healing journey has been influenced by the medicine of horses, which required authenticity, courage, and vulnerability. She encourages others to be witnessed and experience this alongside the horses as a way to transform their life. She is passionate about showing the bridge that the medicine of horses has to share with the human collective for the evolution of the human soul.
