Leading through Horse Medicine
To claim our path and space with horses means to claim deeply our path and leadership alongside of them.
When we step onto this calling of being with horses, we are also answering a call of developing a deeper mastery within ourselves and how we hold others in the space of the herd.
Leading through horse medicine is a retreat focused on building our internal and external leadership master through the way of the horse.
It is where we refine our focus on what it means to read the space of our clients and our horses through the lens of leadership, where we can feel confident in how we show up in the space and we know how to filter our own insecurities and biases.
To bring someone into the herd means we know what our role is in that space, we know and listen deeply to what the space is asking of us as a leader and facilitator of a session, and we are knowing how to bring that forward to create powerful and transformational experiences for ourselves alongside our horses.
When we bring our full selves into the path with horses, when we feel solid in our capacity to hold for another through our strengths, we can step deeply into the co facilitation with our horses in tending to our clients and what they are seeking us out for.
This retreat is meant to also be appropriate for those that are exploring and stepping onto the path of horse medicine, that are bringing another set of skills to the space and want to know what it looks like to integrate those skills into how we hold the space with horses. This is also a place where you get to play in your leadership, and be encouraged in your unique style while also knowing what that looks and feels like for you to show up in the space in your sessions and retreats.
This retreat focuses on:
Building confidence in your unique set of leadership and facilitation skills
Honing your skills in your leadership and facilitation
Developing your range and intuition in your leadership and how to create and hold space for others.
